HELPING OUR COMMUNITY

We are out and about in the local Highfields community and the surrounding areas, and we are keen to help. Regular activities include:

• Collection of goods and cash donations for charities, including Protea Place, Highfields School Chaplaincy services, Lifeline and others.

• Church services for local aged care and retirement complexes.

• Playtime for children under school age.

• Bringing the community together and giving vendors a space to sell their wares at our Car Boot Sales.

• Teaching Christian Religious Instruction in our state schools.

• Christmas morning tea and sing-along.

HELPING EACH OTHER

As a caring and inclusive community, we help each other sharing our work, sharing our cares, and sharing our abundance. This includes:

• Monthly working bees in our beautiful grounds and buildings.

• Monthly Coffee and Chat at local cafes.

• Praying and visiting with the sick, lonely and elderly in our community.

• Sharing our home garden harvests.
