In memory of the 800th anniversary of the death of St Francis of Assisi, you are invited to join Rev’d Melissa to view the musical narrative of the life of St Francis, written and performed by Australian composer Peter Kearney. Rather than live action, the film’s visual dimension is filled with artworks that depict the saint’s life.

SYNOPSIS:
This YouTube video weaves music, images, songs and narration to tell the story of St Francis of Assisi, lover of the Poor and our Mother Earth. The visual presentation is made up of images drawn from medieval art and other sources, chosen to illustrate various stages of the life of St Francis.
